Mutant RAS gene induces elevated levels of inositol tris-and hexakisphosphates in Dictyostelium

Abstract: Previous studies of Europe-Finner & Newell indicated that in amoebae of Dictyostelium discoideum, signal transduction used for chemotaxis to cyclic AMP involved transient formation of inositol tris- and polyphosphates.
