Abstract:Introduction: A new treatment method involving neoadjuvant chemoembolization of tumor vessels 5 days prior to surgery combined with intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) followed by adjuvant chemotherapy was established for patients with resectable pancreatic cancer.
