Myelinated nerve fiber layer associated with other ocular pathology in a 20-year-old myopic man

Abstract: Background: Myelinated retinal nerve fibers (MRNFs) are usually unilateral and asymptomatic benign lesions associated with mild hypermetropia, emmetropia, or severe myopia.
