MZI interferometric fiber optic temperature sensor based on MFC

Abstract: For biological embryo incubation, it is very important to monitor temperature accurately, so a new Mach-Zder interference (MZI) fiber temperature sensor is based on a microfiber coupler (MFC). It consists of a 3 dB fiber coupler and MFC forming an MZI structure.
