Nanomicelles Array for Ultrahigh‐Density Data Storage

Abstract: High‐density data storage devices based on organic and polymer materials are currently restricted by two key issues, size limitations and uniformity of memory cells. Herein, one triblock polymer is synthesized by ring‐opening metathesis polymerization, where the polymer contains an electron‐donor‐acceptor (A1D) segment, an electron‐acceptor (A2) segment, and a hydrophilic segment, that shows ternary memory behavior in a conventional sandwich‐type device. The polymers that have monodisperse molecular weight dis… Show more

“…Conversely, in the higher voltage region, the current initially increases with a slope of 2.3, conforming to Child's square law and following the SCLC conduction mode. 57 In the negative region, the current displays an increase with a slope of 1.1, indicating ohmic behavior once again. These findings underscore the crucial role of CF formation in RRAM devices utilizing stacked Au/(Co,Yb) co-ZnO/Au/SiO 2 on SiO 2 with Au TE.…”

“…The high-resolution TEM images demonstrate that these particles are spherical or quasi-spherical and show clear lattice fringes, the lattice spacing is 0.21 nm, which ascribes to the (100) plane spacing of graphite (Figure 1e-g). [21,22] Therefore, the different molar ratios of the precursors do not affect the morphology of B-CDs. Chemical structure characterizations were conducted to explore the differences between B-CDs.…”
