Abstract:Bottom-up self-assembly of nanoparticles into highly-ordered nanoparticle superlattices is intriguing and produces new materials with emergent properties. This review outlines the recent progress in the nanoparticle superlattices enabled by soft-epitaxial assembly strategy.
