Nanophotonic Devices Based on Semiconductor Quantum Nanostructures

Abstract: SUMMARYIn this study, our recent research activities on nanophotonic devices with semiconductor quantum nanostructures are reviewed. We have developed a technique for nanofabricating of high-quality and high-density semiconductor quantum dots (QDs).
