Abstract: We investigated the performance of the targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS)-based Oxford Nanopore Diagnostics AmPORE TB assay, recently approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) as tuberculosis (TB) diagnostic test for the detection of drug resistance on respiratory specimens.
