Abstract:Chronic wounds in diabetic patients experience significant clinical challenges due to compromised healing processes. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α) is a critical regulator in the cellular response to hypoxia, enhancing angiogenesis and tissue restoration.
