Abstract: Cytarabine is a pyrimidine nucleoside analog used predominantly for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and also for other indications, including acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, and lymphoma by parenteral route due to its low oral bioavailability.
