The research objective was to see the Management of Infrastructure for the Jalak Harupat Stadium Complex. The research subject is the Youth and Sports Agency (BPO). Officials of Dispora, and administrators of UPTD of the Jalak Harupat stadium complex in Bandung Regency, which represent 6 people, 3 administrators of Dispora and 3 administrators of UPTD. The data technique uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, which is called an interactive data analysis technique where data analysis is carried out interactively and continuously until it is complete, so that the data is saturated. The research results are as follows; 1) the development of the Jalak Harupat stadium complex has not been running optimally 2) the Jalak Harupat stadium complex requires a maintenance budget 3) the mobility of supervision in the Jalak Harupat stadium complex is constrained. Based on the various existing problems, the role of the management of youth sports bodies and administrators of the UPTD of the Starling Harupat stadium is very much needed in solving this problem of infrastructure management.

The relationship between sport and the environment has been primarily examined to understand how sport impacts the natural environment. However, as the influence of climate change has become more apparent, there is a need to establish a systematic understanding of the impacts of climate change on the operations of sport. The aim of this review is to take stock of existing literature on climate change's impacts on organized competitive sport entities, with further attention paid to their adaptation efforts. A scoping review was conducted to identify relevant studies published between 1995 and 2021. After evaluating more than 2100 publications, we retained 57 articles and analyzed them to answer the research questions: (1) What evidence is available regarding the impacts of climate change on the operation of organized competitive sport entities? (2) What is known from the literature about the measures taken by organized competitive sport entities to adapt to the impacts of climate change? Our analysis yielded five major themes: (1) Heat impacts on athlete and spectator health; (2) heat impacts on athlete performance; (3) adaptive measures taken in sport; (4) suitability of various cities for event hosting; and(5) benchmarking and boundary conditions. This review reveals that there is evidence of some climate change impacts on sport, but the literature reflects only a small share of the global sport sector. Equally, much remains to be understood about the nature of adaptation. In many countries, sports clubs are the main recipients of public subsidies regarding the provision of recreational sport, and the economically most important level of government is usually the local government (i.e. the municipalities). The purpose of this article is to examine whether and how municipal framework conditions matter for sports clubs. Inspired by previous studies, we examine the role of direct and indirect public subsidies as well as facility coverage. The authors conduct analyses on a general level (for all sports) and specifically for five sports (badminton, football, gymnastics, handball and swimming). The differentiation between sports allows us to examine how municipal framework conditions might be associated differently with density and participation across sports. In the statistical analyses, the authors apply data collected among all 98 Danish municipalities. The results show that the municipal levels of direct and indirect subsidies are weakly correlated with both the density of and participation in sports clubs, while stronger correlations can be identified with regard to facility coverage. The analyses for the five sports reveal that the supply of relevant facility types is -with few exceptions -positively correlated with sports club density and participation levels within each sport. Thus, facility coverage seems to play a more important role for sports clubs than the levels of indirect and particularly direct subsidies.
