Abstract:Non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most common malignant tumors. There is an urgent need to find more effective drugs that inhibit NSCLC. Fargesin (FGS) has demonstrated anti‐tumor effects; however, its efficacy and the molecular mechanism of inhibiting NSCLC are unclear. Herein, we investigated FGS’ inhibitory effects on NSCLC by CCK8 and EdU assays and cell cycle analysis of A549 cells in vitro and in a nude mouse tumor transplantation model in vivo. FGS (10–50 μM) significantly inhibited cell … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
