Abstract: Introduction: Lower extremity ulcers often create diagnostic challenges and influence patient morbidity and mortality. The most common causes are venous insufficiency, arterial insufficiency, and neuropathic. Ulcers associated with systemic condition often face diagnostic and therapeutic challenge.
