Neoadjuvant sipuleucel-T induces both Th1 activation and immune regulation in localized prostate cancer

Abstract: Sipuleucel-T is the only FDA-approved immunotherapy for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The mechanism by which this treatment improves survival is not fully understood.
