Abstract:Overview
Neoplasms of the appendix, while rare, include a broad range of heterogenous malignancies. These are broadly divided into two subtypes: epithelial and nonepithelial. In this chapter, we detail the most recent classification guidelines, and describe clinical presentation, histology, and treatment options for these neoplasms.
