Nerve granulomas and vasculitis in sarcoid peripheral neuropathy

Abstract: Peripheral neuropathy is a rare, yet treatable manifestation of sarcoidosis, a multisystem disorder characterized by the presence of non-caseating granulomas that are seldom found in nerve biopsy specimens.
