Sangkuriang catfish is a famous clarias clan fish form his slick and long body non-scaly, with dorsal fins and a long rear fin, which sometimes merges into the tail fin makes it look like a short eel. Catfish also have additional breathing apparatus in the form of modifications from gill arc. There is a pair of fins that are spines bone that is sharp, on the pectoral fin. Some things to consider in order to select superior seedlings of sangkuriang catfish such as size, weight, color, physical defect, even water conditions, which in reality not all catfish farmers know about it. This decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method is one of the methods that use the true value in determining the rating of each alternative on each criterion to determine the conclusion of a problem. Based on the results of testing the Selection Decision Support System of the Superior Broodstock Sangkuriang Catfish has an accuracy rate of 87.5%.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of human life, one of the impacts of this change is people’s economic activities going digital by utilizing supply chain information systems. The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence supply chain information systems have on the growth of the digital economy of developing countries, in this case Indonesia, along with transportation needs for logistics. This paper uses a systems meta-analysis by conducting a survey and review of several articles related to supply chains, digital economy, and logistics that have been published in reputable international journals. Coupled with 55 respondents, 30 endusers, 10 resellers, market place users and drop shippers, as well as 5 domestic logistics service providers. To test the consistency of the answers to the questions that have been asked, validity and reliability tests were conducted. After being calculated using simple statistics, it was found that the supply chain information system after the COVID-19 pandemic was very influential, although partial to the enormous increase in economic growth towards digital and the growth of logistics services had increased.

Progress of science and technology is very influential to development of software engineering. Communication between software developers and prospective users of software engineering by prototype system is very important in the development of software engineering. Research and Development method in research of software engineering is very suitable be used because supports the existence of such communications. But it is found there are several research that use this method with not perfect or not completed, so research results produced less fit with purpose. This paper will be explain how to used the stages must be carried out in research of software engineering with the method of research and development, in order to make the research more be effectively and efficiently as well as software development efforts that simultaneously accompanied by the validation effort for the results to be achieved in accordance with the expected goals.
