Network medicine might lead to new treatments for dyslipidemia. It will be a challenging method to implement in a clinical context

Abstract: With statin-based therapies to prevent or delay atherosclerotic progression, the reductionist approach of strict guidelines for treating dyslipidemias resulted in remarkable low-density lipoprotein transported cholesterol reduction. The precise estimation of residual cardiovascular diseases risk, on the other hand, remains a significant challenge that necessitates the development of new integrated approaches. The application of a network medicine approach could lead to the development of novel strategies. This… Show more

“…RAGE ligand interactions activate downstream signaling pathways that have been linked to a variety of illnesses, including COPD. Furthermore, inhibitors of RAGE and its signaling pathways have been revealed to have a role in the pathophysiology of a variety of illnesses, suggesting that they might be utilized to treat COPD (121,122). Due to a lack of reliable and consistent biomarkers, COPD is frequently misdiagnosed.…”

“…Transfection of protoplasts can be employed for both temporary and stable editing. The techniques of gene transfer utilized in plant gene editing (121,122,123). A. rhizogenes is specially employed to evaluate editing efficiency in plant root hairs for root hair transformation, and this approach has mostly been employed in legume species like Medicago and soybean (124,125,126).…”

“…In fact, they stymie this transition by stymieing a variety of E2F gene targets and cell cycle promoters. (122) Senescence is a very diverse process with various regulators and elements involved in its onset, maintenance, and regulation. Because miRNAs may alter several genes and pathways, they can effectively regulate senescence, perhaps acting as a senescence promoter.…”
