Neurocognitive dysfunctions and functional state of patients after internal carotid endarterectomy

Abstract: Introduction. Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) is a method of treatment of carotid stenosis, which significantly reduces the risk of ischemic stroke. This procedure may affect the patient's neurocognitive functioning.
