Abstract:We report a multilevel investigation of the interplay between neurodivergence and boundary-spanning activities in groups as predictors of social skills and diversity climate. In a sample of 357 group members nested in 70 organizational groups, we show that neurodivergence negatively affects conversational and work-related social skills.
