New about the pathogenesis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in women of reproductive age that is characterized by reproductive and metabolic disorders. Mental issues, hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction, ovarian dysfunction, mitochondrial dysfunction, obesity, and vitamin D deficiency account for infertility in PCOS.
