Abstract:Preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) purification of the ethyl acetate extracts derived from dried basidiomes of the European mushroom Hericium coralloides led to the identification of two previously undescribed isoindolinone derivatives named corallocins D and E (1–2).
