New List Skeletons for the Python Skeleton Library

Abstract: Algorithmic skeletons are patterns of parallel computations. Skeletal parallel programming eases parallel programming: a program is merely a composition of such patterns. Dataparallel skeletons operate on parallel data-structures that have often sequential counterparts.
