The existing literature has carried out research on the quality of elderly care services from many aspects, including focusing on the quality of nursing homes from the perspectives of medical quality (Chang, 2006;Fahey et al, 2003;Heras et al, 2008;Lee et al, 2018;Naylor et al, 2016), public service (Leung & Qi, 2019;Supromin & Choonhakhlai, 2017;Yu et al, 2017;Zhang et al, 2019), the satisfaction with the service quality of nursing homes (Chao et al, 2016;Kazemi & Kajonius, 2020;Stolt et al, 2010;Zhang et al, 2016), as well as the auxiliary equipment and solutions for elderly care services (Reijula et al, 2010;Siegel et al, 2014;Xu & Zhang, 2021). However, there is a lack of analysis from the perspective of supply chain systems, and no attention is paid to the impact of the upstream and downstream of the elderly care service chain on the quality of elderly care services.…”
