New Perspectives on Acetaminophen

Abstract: Acetaminophen (paracetamol) continues to be one of the leading, international over-the-counter analgesics. Unlike the COX-2 inhibitors, no adverse cardiovascular effects have been associated with acetaminophen usage in safe, therapeutic dosages.
