The same 3D synchronous spectra of tear fluid of the patients and healthy subjects were used in our previously published pilot study [ 12 ] in which the tear fluid was collected by glass microcapillary at the Department of Ophthalmology, University Hospital Louis Pasteur in Košice from random patients ( Table 1 ) with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG, n = 13) and healthy subjects (CTRL, n = 8).
