Newtonian Dynamical Systems Admitting Normal Blow-Up of Points

Abstract: Class of Newtonian dynamical systems admitting normal blow-up of points in Riemannian manifolds is considered. Geometric interpretation for weak normality condition, which arose earlier in the theory of dynamical systems admitting the normal shift of hypersurfaces, is found. Typeset by A M S-T E X
