Nickel Effect on the Structure and Properties of Adaptive Wear-Resistant Arc-PVD Ti–Al–Mo–N Coatings

Abstract: Проведены сравнительные исследования структурных характеристик и функциональных свойств покрытий Ti-Al-Mo-N и Ti-Al-Mo-Ni-N, полученных методом ионно-плазменного вакуумно-дугового осаждения, с целью изучения влияния наноструктурирующей добавки никеля. Покрытия характеризовались слоистой архитектурой с чередованием слоев нитридов титана и молибдена. Концентрация молибдена составляла порядка 22 ат.%, никеля -7 ат.%, что отвечает оптимальным количествам для наилучших прочностных и трибологических свойств. Показан… Show more
