Abstract: The introduction on spiral computed tomography (spiral CT) has vastly enriched the methodological diversity of computer-tomographic scans. It allows for the recording of different perfusion or excretion stages of the kidney parenchyma of the urine draining paths by carrying out long-distance, phase-identical multiple examinations of the retroperitoneum.
