Nitric Oxide Synthases Activation and Inhibition by Metallacarborane-Cluster-Based Isoform-Specific Affectors

Abstract: A small library of boron cluster and metallacarborane cluster-based ligands was designed, prepared and tested for isoform-selective activation or inhibition of the three nitric oxide synthase isoforms.
