No Change in the Use of Antivenom in Copperhead Snakebites in Ohio

Abstract: Introduction-Historically, copperhead snake (Agkistrodon contortrix) envenomations were not treated with antivenom owing to related adverse events and little benefit. However, recent studies have shown improved outcomes with antivenom use.
