NOCT: Nonlinear Observability with Constraints and Time Offset

Abstract: Nonlinear systems of affine control inputs overarch many sensor fusion instances. Analyzing whether a state variable in such a nonlinear system can be estimated (i.e., observability) informs better estimator design.
