Non‐functioning mediastinal parathyroid adenoma with sarcoid‐like granulomatous lymphadenopathy

Abstract: Non-secretory parathyroid adenomas arising in an ectopic parathyroid gland are rare. We report a case of non-functioning anterior mediastinal parathyroid adenoma associated with mediastinal lymphadenopathy caused by sarcoid-like granulamatous inflammation.
