Non-interferometric quantitative phase imaging at 1 μm wavelength regime

Abstract: Non-interferometric quantitative phase imaging at 1 μm wavelength regime is demonstrated using transport-of-intensity equation-based phase retrieval algorithm and fiber laser. Amplitude and phase information of the complex field of the sample has been retrieved and presented.
