Nonbinary Delsarte–goethals Codes and Finite Semifields

Abstract: Symplectic finite semifields can be used to construct nonlinear binary codes of Kerdock type (i.e., with the same parameters of the Kerdock codes, a subclass of Delsarte–Goethals codes).
