Nonlinear optimal control for UAVs with tilting rotors

Abstract: PurposeA distinctive feature of tilt-rotor UAVs is that they can be fully actuated, whereas in fixed-angle rotor UAVs (e.g. common-type quadrotors, octorotors, etc.), the associated dynamic model is characterized by underactuation.
