Nonreciprocal nonlinear scattering by stacked magnetoactive semiconductor layers

Abstract: The combinatorial frequency generation by the periodic stacks of magnetically biased semiconductor layers has been modelled in the self-consistent problem formulation, taking into account the nonlinear dynamics of carriers.
