Abstract:In this paper, organic electroluminescence fluoropolymer film devices, i.e., organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) comprising polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) films treated by an atmospheric-pressure nonthermal plasma (NTP) graftpolymerization process, are investigated. PCTFE films can provide a long lifetime for OLEDs because of their excellent gas barrier properties; however, they are difficult to laminate, owing to low adhesiveness. The surfaces of PCTFE films are treated by an atmospheric-pressure NTP-g… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
