Note on Intra-supply Chain System with an Improved Distribution Plan, Multiple Sales Locations and Quality Assurance

Abstract

Abstract:Prior studies used the mathematical model along with differential calculus to examine an intra-supply chain system with an improved distribution plan, multiple sales locations and quality assurance. In this paper, we propose an alternative approach to the problem and demonstrate that optimal operating decision to this specific intra-supply chain problem can be determined by the proposed simplified method without derivatives.
