Notes on Occupational Maladjustment and Managerial response in 36 large South African enterprizes

Abstract: A survey was undertaken to assess the scope of certain mental health problems in work organizations and ways these are being dealt with by management. The general pattern emerging from the data reflects a growing awareness of and concern for problems of this nature, particularly in the area of alcoholism.
