Nothing to Hide Up Your Sleeve: A Rare Presentation of Disseminated Nocardiosis

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Nocardia is a unique member of the order, Actinomycetales. It is a gram-positive, aerobic bacteria that is characterized by its filamentous branching that stains acid-fast. It can be found in soil and decaying vegetation, with inhalation of airborne particles being the most common mode of inoculation.
