Notice of Retraction: Application of Taylor Series in cost model for investment estimate of drainage pipe network

Abstract: The cost for investment estimate of drainage pipe network is one of the main standards to decide investment plan, it can also provide a basis for the administrators when making policy decision. This paper provides based on Taylor Series fitting for cost model of network of drains, which is superior in fitting to other models, the results show that the proposed model can effectively fit the cost, and supply a reliable method for investment estimation.
