Nouvelle méthode de préparation du composé supraconducteur La2CuO4+δ: l'oxydation électrochimique

Abstract

Une nouvelle méthode de préparation est décrite, l'oxydation électrochimique de La2CuO4+δ en milieu alcalin; elle a permis d'obtenir un matériau supraconducteur en deçà de 45 K. Les caractéristiques structurales et physico-chimiques de cette nouvelle phase sont discutées en termes d'intercalation d'espèces oxygénées. Une étude par spectroscopie Mössbauer réalisée sur la phase La2Cu1-x57FexO4 (x = 0,02) a permis de préciser les environnements cationiques avant et après polarisation
