Abstract: Mango (Mangifera indica) is the main tropical fruit of Asia and has developed its prominence all over the world. Mango wastes such as peels and seeds generated from fruit are a good source of functional ingredients out of which important ones are phenolic compounds with potent antioxidant properties.
