Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the amyloid accumulation in the brains of patients with Alzheimer’s disease. The pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease is mainly mediated by the phosphorylation and aggregation of tau protein.
