Abstract:A 4-year-old, female, neutered, Greyhound cross presented to the Animal Referral Hospital, Canberra, for assessment and surgical correction of a proximally exposed interlocking nail within the left tibia, which was placed 20 months earlier. Removal included the use of a custom-made jig and cortical windowing technique.
