Novel Mechanism Supporting Therapeutic Effects of Glycyrrhizin in Acute or Chronic Hepatitis

Abstract: Glycyrrhizin (GL) isolated from the roots of licorice plant (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) has been traditionally used for treating peptic ulcer, hepatitis, and pulmonary bronchitis.
