Novel non hot spot modification in Fks1 ofCandida aurisconfers echinocandin resistance

Abstract: We determined echinocandin susceptibility andFKS1genotypes of thirteen clinical isolates ofCandida aurisrecovered from four patients at a tertiary care center in Salvador, Brazil.
