Numerical simulation and prediction of aerodynamic noise of high-speed trains

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of high-speed train aerodynamic noise analysis and provide a feasible method for aerodynamic noise prediction, the aerodynamic noise and its influencing factors are analyzed from the perspective of the total energy (sound power) radiated to the far field per unit time by the aerodynamic fundamental noise sources (monopole, dipole and quadrupole sources).
