Nurse Migration Starting with Globalization: Bulgaria Status Analysis

Abstract: Ekonomik, sosyal, politik ve kültürel değerlerin sınırlar ötesine taşınması olarak tanımlanan küreselleşme, Bulgaristan'daki hemşire insan gücünün de dış göçüne neden olmuş ve sağlık sektörüne çok ciddi bir darbe vurmuştur.
